MODULE 02

Numbers

Learn the core numbers, the double-digit logic, and the powers of 10. The rest is just combining them.

Study Mode

Learning mode shows each number with its Thai word and pronunciation.

1 – 10

Double Digits

Tens are formed by combining a digit + สิบ (sip) — that's it. 30 = สาม + สิบ = สามสิบ (saam-sip). The only exceptions: 20 uses ยี่ (yii) instead of สอง, and when 1 is the last digit of a number (11, 21, 31…) it becomes เอ็ด (et).

Exceptions — learn these two

The tens pattern (apply to any digit)

Powers of 10

Each power has its own Thai word. Combine them with the digits you already know: สามร้อย (saam roi) = 300, สองพัน (song phan) = 2 000.
